Our goal is to make sure our students have an amazing time learning Chinese at iSpeak. We judge ourselves by a simple question, "Would you enthusiastically recommend us to your friends?" We can't promise that we won't make mistakes, but we can promise that we will listen and respond to your concerns. Except our culture, an other major difference we have is about our pricing. Any foreigner who has lived in China for a little while learns a few “survival tips.” A major one is that when it comes to prices, caveat emptor, or “let the buyer beware”. At iSpeak, we find this as frustrating as you do, so we take a different approach. We don't quote inflated prices knowing that they will be bargained down. We do not compete on having the lowest price. How comfortable are you eating food that you bought at rock bottom prices? Why should your education be any different? Instead, we offer great service at a reasonable price - and one that you didn't have to bargain for, and leave the haggling to others. After all, we'd rather spend our time teaching than haggling!
