1. RMB500 will be charged for deposit, for make sure you book the course before tuition fee paid.
2. Our teaching department will arrange the teacher for you after the payment. 500RMB deposit will include in the tuition fee, if you want to cancel the course two weeks before the starting date, all the deposit will be refunded.

1. If you are paying the entire tuition in full, the full payment (less the 500 RMB deposit) should be received prior to the first lesson.
2. If you are paying in installments, you must pay the first installment according to the original price without any discount prior to the first lesson.
3. Payment can be made by cash, credit card or bank wire transfer. If payment is made by wire transfer, the student is responsible for all associated bank fees.

1. Students are required to sign class attendance forms.
2. The schedule of group classes is fixed. If students can not attend their classed on schedule, ISPEAK will not arrange for a make-up class.
3. Students who take private classes are required to inform ISPEAK of any absences or changes at least one working day before the class. If prior notice is not given, one class will be scheduled from the students timetable.
if your schedule is regular, we will offer the same teacher for one level; if your schedule changes and/or cancels more than 5 times, iSpeak has right to arrange a new teacher for you, if your former teacher is not available at this time; if your schedule is flexible, iSpeak has the right to arrange a different teacher for you.

1. The refund is prorated for the unused time, less an amount equal to 20% of the total tuition.

Students may transfer unused time to a friend or colleague, for which a processing fee of 500 RMB is assessed.

1. Students must finish their lessons within a specified number of weeks after the start date.
2. Students who fail to complete their classes before the expiry date forfeit their remaining classes.
3. The expiry dates are determined as follows if you register at regular rate.

1. ISPEAK is not responsible for accidents and/or illness of a student during the course.
